Responsibilities
- As a Healthcare Assistant at Solus Healthcare Services, your role will include:
- Providing compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or well-being to supervising healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Relevant healthcare qualifications and certifications.
- A compassionate, empathetic approach to care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
