Mr Brian Smith has a successful business career both in Ireland and internationally. He served as a Director on the Masstock board in the Middle East, worked with the Jones Group and property interests worldwide. He has a passionate interest in Irish Healthcare and in particular the provision of good quality healthcare to the elderly in Ireland . As current Chairman of Solus Hearhcare, we are committed to providing quality staff and services to the Irish healthcare providers .

Mr Olajide
Head of Development
Mr Olajide is the Company Secretary for Solus Healthcare Services Limited. He is in charge of the Business Development, Corporate Affairs and Strategy. He is an Irish Citizen with roots in Nigeria. He studied International Relations and Languages at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria. He proceeded to study Masters in Politics and Masters in Economics at the Technical University, Berlin.
During this period, he got interested in Information Technology and undertook courses in Information Technology at the Free University, Berlin, leading to 13 certifications in different areas of IT including Networking and Programming. He has a Certificate in Training and Development from the Irish Institute of Training and Development. He also holds a Certificate in IT Consulting.
Mr Olajide has a wealth of experience working as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of Vaughan Thomas Nigeria Limited, he worked as a Content Manager / Marketing Assistant for DV-Job GmbH, he worked as an IT Consultant, System Analyst, System and Network Administrator for Vencon Venture Consult GmbH Berlin, he worked for AOL Europe Operations (American Online) in Ireland as a Network Specialist.
Mr Olajide has overseen many successful projects and investments in Europe and Africa. He oversaw the successful migration of 3.5 million AOL customers to a new network in 2008. He was also engaged in the Training of new and existing staffs during this period. He worked with National Pen Europe Operations to develop its market and Telesales marketing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Mrs Mary Ojo
Managing Director / CEO
Mrs Mary Ojo is a founding member, the Managing Director and CEO of Solus Healthcare Services Limited. She is tasked with the general administrations and day to day running of the business. She will be the face of the company and represents the company in all aspects.
Mrs Ojo is an Irish citizen with a Ghanaian background. She is a professional Nurse, who graduated at the Dublin City University with a BSc Degree in General Nursing and had her practical experience from James Connolly Hospital. Apart from her BSc Degree (DCU) in General nursing, she holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the University College Dublin. She also holds a Professional QQI Specialist Train the Trainer certificate.
She is a kind, compassionate and caring. She has worked in a wide range of healthcare settings, including nursing homes, community (care of the elderly and addiction Service) and acute (Hospitals and Dialysis Clinic as a Renal Nurse). Mrs Ojo has always loved to care for the elderly and being very passionate in ensuring that they are treated with gentle kindness, love, dignity and respect. Based on this, Mrs Ojo is highly motivated and deeply committed to the cause of the company and will ensure the success of the company.

Mr Seamus Gary
Director of Operations
Mr. Gary is a founding member of Solus Healthcare Services limited. He attended DunLaoghaire Education Training Board in association with Nifast/CPL Institutes to obtain QQI Level 5, Major award Health Care Support in 2016. He has since upgraded to Level 7. He has worked with Trinity Care Nursing Home, Germantown Co. Meath and has been working for Care mark since 2015 until date. He possesses vast experience in assisting patients with activities of daily living, including continence care, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene and assisting at meal times.
Part of his work experience included Handling customer complaints, Processing returns and refunds as required in line with company procedures, using the stock management system to log, check, locate and move stock both in and out of the store, ensuring that all areas are clean and adhere to the company’s clear floor policy and Health and Safety requirements.
